PARTNER AND WHOLESALE PRICING

Partner pricing is available to approved healthcare professionals and partners and is applied automatically to eligible accounts while signed in. Partner accounts are for the account holder's own practice use and may not be transferred, shared or used for unauthorized resale. We may modify or withdraw partner pricing at any time.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Inventory levels shown on the site reflect our fulfillment center and are updated regularly. Occasionally an item may sell out before the site updates. If that happens we will contact you and either ship the remainder of your order or refund the unavailable item.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, product photography, logos, formulations and documents, belongs to Avastar Health or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.

USER CONDUCT
